Sibarigrass, from El Verger (Alicante), designed, manufactured, and sold artificial grass for garden and sport, with its installation and maintenance, and delivered it to the entire peninsula and Balearic Islands in less than 72 hours.
It sold to very different audiences —individuals, garden and construction professionals, installers, and distributors— and each one needed different information, a different price, and different treatment.

The starting point
An artificial grass manufacturer doesn't sell to just one type of client: they sell to the individual who wants their garden, to the professional who installs, to the distributor who buys in volume. Each one needs different information, different prices, and different treatment, and a flat website cannot handle that.
The solution
A corporate website with its own entry point for each audience —individuals, professionals, installers, and distributors—, product technical data sheets with their real specifications, sample and commercial visit requests, and a private client area connected to the company's ERP.
How it was done
- We segmented the website by audience before writing a single line.
- Product data sheets with complete technical specifications, not just a pretty photo.
- Lead generation circuit through samples: requesting them is the first step of the sale.
- Separate forms for visit, quote, and samples, each to its destination.
- Private area connected to the ERP so that the website and internal management communicate with each other.
How it turned out
Each type of client entered through their own door and found what they needed, and the sample request directly fed the commercial circuit instead of dying in an email.
