Barber’s Crown, bookings and loyalty for barber shops

Barber’s Crown —at barberking.es— is my application for barber shops: bookings by service and by barber, digital loyalty card with levels, mini-games in the waiting room that earn points, tournaments and customer ranking, and a store where you pay in euros or points. It installs as an app from the browser.

I sell it by monthly subscription to barber shops that want to operate as a brand. The website had to explain it to someone who is not technical and lead them to try the demo.

  • 3 mini-games that earn points in the waiting room
  • 1 hr for access to the admin panel with the demo
  • Sector Booking and loyalty software
  • For whom Barber shops and hair salons, also with multiple locations
  • Project Proprietary product by Adrián Alcalá
  • Technology Installable App (PWA) with React and Supabase

What Barber’s Crown website includes

  • Product page: What it is and what it's for, explained for a barber and not for a programmer.
  • Separate features: The detail of bookings, loyalty, mini-games, store, and panels, for those who want more.
  • Plans and prices: Two plans with their monthly price and a custom one for chains, no commitment.
  • One-hour demo: The button that repeats throughout the website: access to the admin panel to really try it.
  • Linked mini-games: The roulette, crown memory, and quick reaction, one click from the homepage.
  • Blog «News»: Articles on loyalty, management, and technology for barber shops.

The design

Crown gold on deep black, poster-style titles, and neon green for the dots: old-school barber shop with modern technology.

  • #F0D38A light gold
  • #121016 black

Websites for barber shops and hair salons in Dénia

I make websites for barber shops, hair salons, and beauty centers in Dénia and Marina Alta: online booking, your services with their price, and a Google listing that brings customers from the neighborhood. If you're starting, look the essentials of a website for a small business in Dénia.

The website inside

This is barberking.es today. Above, the beginning of its homepage in video; below, a mini-game that can be tried, the comparison with a normal appointment planner, and the one-hour demo.

The beginning of the barberking.es homepage scrolling down by itself

The beginning of the barberking.es homepage, as it is today: the four problems it solves, the mini-games, what each business role sees, the tournaments and ranking, the store, and the wallet.

  • La ruleta de la suerte de Barber's Crown con sus premiosA mini-game that can be tried: The waiting room mini-games can be tried on the website itself. On the wheel of fortune, you get one spin per visit, with points, discounts, or raffle tickets; in the real app, each prize is saved in the client's wallet. Try the roulette
  • La tabla que compara un planner de citas normal con Barber's CrownMore than an appointment book: A table pits a normal appointment planner against Barber's Crown in seven situations: if an appointment is canceled, the waiting list fills the slot; while waiting, the client plays and earns points; and between visits there are rankings, tournaments, raffles, and a store that can be paid for in euros or points. See it on barberking.es
  • El formulario para pedir la demo de una hora de Barber's CrownThe one-hour demo: The "Request a demo" button in the header leads here: the barber leaves their data and instantly receives by email access to the administrator panel that expires after one hour. This way, they see the app from the inside before deciding. See the demo

The starting point

Software is not sold by showing a screen: it's sold by explaining what problem it solves. The challenge was for a barber, who is not a technical profile, to understand in thirty seconds what the tool does and why it's worth ditching the paper agenda.

The solution

A product website with the argument upfront and the functionality behind: what it solves, a features page with details for those who want more, a blog on customer loyalty, and a single clear call to action, the demo.

How it was done

  1. We translate technical functions into barber shop problems: empty slots, no-shows, customers who don't return.
  2. Custom design on WordPress and Elementor Pro.
  3. Separate features page, to avoid saturating the homepage.
  4. Lead generation blog on loyalty.
  5. Demo request as the only gateway, present throughout the website.

How it turned out

The homepage convinces and the features page seals the deal; the interested visitor ends up asking for a demo instead of going to compare.
