Indian and Nepalese restaurant in Dénia
The Everest, Indian and Nepalese cuisine in Dénia
The Everest is an Indian and Nepalese cuisine restaurant in Dénia, on the Les Marines road. Its menu ranges from momos and curries (masala, korma, madras, vindaloo…) to tandoori specialties and biryani, with vegan vegetable dishes, a children's menu and takeaway food.
In a city with so many foreign visitors, the website had to act as a waiter: explaining a cuisine that many people have never tried, in Spanish and English, and allowing takeaway orders without having to call.

Web design for restaurants in Dénia and Marina Alta
I make websites for restaurants in Dénia and throughout Marina Alta: the menu that reads well on mobile, own orders and reservations without platform commissions, and the website in your customers' languages. What yours needs to have, I'll tell you in this guide for restaurants in Dénia.
The website inside
This is how theeverestdenia.com is today. Above, the beginning of its homepage in video; below, the pickup order and the menu.
The beginning of the homepage of theeverestdenia.com, as it is today: Indian and Nepalese cuisine with buttons to order takeaway or view the menu, a carousel with the menu sections, its original recipes from India and its chef.
Pickup order, via WhatsApp: On the «Takeaway» page each dish has its plus and minus buttons. What is chosen is added to «Your order», with the price of each line and the total, and with a button the order is written in a WhatsApp message for the restaurant. View the takeaway order
The menu, section by section: The menu has 25 sections, from starters and tandoori specialties to each curry style (korma, madras, vindaloo…), bread, the children's menu and desserts. With each tab, only that section remains, and with «View all», the entire menu; each dish includes its description, its price and its allergens. View the menu
The starting point
A cuisine almost nobody knows —momos, curries, Himalayan spices— in a coastal city with many foreign visitors. The problem wasn't just showing the menu: it was explaining what each dish is to someone who has never tried it, and doing it in English too.
The solution
A website where each section of the menu is understood without having been there before, with takeout ordering, a blog that tells the culture and spices behind each recipe, and the entire website duplicated in English.
How it was done
- Structure designed by intent: view the menu, order takeout, get to know the place, contact.
- Custom design on WordPress and Elementor Pro.
- Menu written dish by dish, with its price and its allergens.
- English translation of the entire website with our own plugin, with its own URL per language.
- Technical SEO and supporting content to rank for the cuisine, not just the name.
How it turned out
The restaurant explains itself before the customer crosses the door, the takeout order comes in from the web and the English version serves the tourist without translating anything by hand.
